Student Accommodation Assistant

The company has created its student accommodation brand - UNINN® in 2015, which then established its presence in the market rapidly for the last 2 years. Now the brand owns multiple buildings in Leicester, Coventry, Sheffield and Newcastle, providing affordable, stylish and high-quality student accommodation to university students.

We now have one position at one of our student accommodation buildings open.

You will assist the management team in providing excellent customer service to the residents and be involved in day to day management of the site including tenancy administration, resident experience, and marketing/promotion of the site.

We now have one full-time (Monday to Friday; 9a.m to 5p.m) with on call duties.

The role will be varied, and some of the regular tasks are:

Job description:

  • Managing project proposals, time lines, budgets and quality to ensure high customer satisfaction;liaising daily with students, letting agencies and contractors, including dealing with questions, complaints and updates;

  • Monitoring and managing contractors end-to-end and report their status.;

  • Collecting and managing of the relevant property data, producing project reports to reflect status, risk and issues;

  • Management of occupancy rate, operating cost for the relevant properties, and producing tenancy extensions;

  • Organising property viewings, arranging inventory check in and out reports;

  • Organising quotes for repair / maintenance and overseeing works;

  • Working closely with headquarters’ colleagues

  • Providing staff trainings

  • Any other duties as reasonably required from time to time.

Salary: £20,000 to £24,000 per annum
