EREC Estates is a joint venture between European Real Estate Company Ltd., led by Pan Rui, and Trust Estates Ltd., led by the Hon. William Cadogan. EREC Estates capitalises on the complementary skills of the founders, creating a new business from existing expertise, offering investment advisory on real estate sectors, development and management services to clients from the UK and the Far East. It has got an exceptional and inspiring team working in both the UK and Chinese real estate industry for many years, who also has great synergies with the education sector across the UK and China.
The company has created a student accommodation brand - UNINN® in 2016, which then established its presence in the market rapidly for the last four years. Now the brand owns multiple buildings in Coventry, Sheffield, Newcastle and Leicester, providing affordable, stylish and high-quality student accommodation to university students.

Investment
The company sources its funding and treats the investment from investors carefully. By using its own data bank established by the market research team, all new projects are set up with full consideration of the market environment as well as their end-users’ demands. Well-established risk management process and investment committee provides additional comfort to our investors.
Development
The company has worked with various well-known and experienced construction companies in the UK and other countries.
Development projects have been completed with good quality and within the time frame.
Especially the Uninn Infinity Student Accommodation, the highest building in Coventry, was built on August 2020.
Management
The company provides professional management service for different kinds of properties in UK, especially student accommodations. The management service includes letting, branding and promotion, on-site management provided by professional teams and etc.
