Software Product Manager
​(Part-time)

A Software Product Manager, who is responsible for the product design, R&D management of the company's entire IT product line, and at the same time supports the digital marketing work of the marketing team, is needed for the IT Department in the Head Office in Coventry. Product and R&D related experience is required, preferably with service operation related experience. Training will be provided as part of the induction to familiarize you with relevant systems and certain business models.

 

Software Project Manager Role Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the management of the company's IT product architecture, interaction, prototype, development, etc.

  • Responsible for promoting product development, coordinating personnel, and ensuring that the product is released as planned.

  • Responsible for tracking user feedback and improving products based on feedback.

  • Liaise with the marketing and site operation department, grasp the market direction, clarify product positioning, and tap product value. Complete product market insight and analysis, competitive product analysis, and demand planning.

  • Liaise with the marketing department to improve the digital marketing plan and conduct user profile analysis.

  • Liaise with the other departments, explore the pain points of customer services, practice the integration of services and IT products, strengthen user brand perception, and enhance user experience.

  • Responsible for the overall operation of customer services, combining branding and marketing strategies to improve the service system.

 

Candidate Requirements:

  • More than 2 years of product/R&D work experience preferred.

  • More than 2 years of service/delivery work experience preferred.

  • Strong cross-departmental collaboration ability.

  • Strong brand recognition and market insight analysis capabilities.

  • Rich experience in back-end product design for SaaS cloud products.

  • Those who have been responsible for data analysis and data visualization related products preferred.

  • Strong administration and communication skills.

  • Eligible to work in the UK.
