We would like to speak with candidates who are passionate about customer service, marketing and sales, enjoy working in a team environment and have an excellent telephone manner as well as negotiation skill.
As a Lettings Executive, you will ensure that all enquiries are dealt with promptly, professionally, efficiently and accurately, to ensure complete customer and client satisfaction and to ensure that all targets both departmentally and individually are achieved and whenever possible, exceeded. You might be eligible for Work Visa.
As a Lettings Executive, you will:

Deliver detailed consultancy promptly to potential customers and our partners via calls, emails and our social media channels;

Conduct viewings for potential tenants;

Proceed the booking process, including legal documents preparation, inputting records to our booking system for all bookings;

Provide hands-on support in marketing material design, letting strategies, offers and advertisements;
-
Maintain a good relationship with business partners and expand new letting channels;
-
Develop and maintain a database of customers, ensuring it is compliant with GDPR;
-
Assist in the development of reports, briefings and other written communication is necessary;

Liaise with colleagues in the related departments for better customer service quality and sales performance.

Any other duties as reasonably required from time to time.
The following Skills and Experience will be required:
-
Achieved/ achieving 2.1 undergraduate degree in the UK required, a master degree and major in business, administration, law, culture and language-related preferred;

Have a genuine interest in customers service, more than one year of experience in customer service preferred;

Experience working in universities or student societies preferred;
-
Good understanding of real estate and higher education industry preferred;
-
Fluent English speaking and writing skills required, an extra language will be a bonus (Mandarin preferred);

Good telephone and email manner required;

Good IT skills required;

Able to build and maintain effective relationships with customers and partners;

Able to work effectively as part of a team as well as on own initiative;
-
Ability to work accurately and multi-task whilst under pressure;

Proactive problem-solving skill.
